4th and 5th graders learned about the artist Romero Britto and his use of lines, shapes, and patterns. They especially loved looking at his paintings, then watching this video of his paintings turned into an animation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQRXVSuok70. Students then designed their own Romero Britto inspired landscape!
