Turkey Sun-Catchers

2nd graders made these awesome turkey sun-catchers to hang in their window for Thanksgiving!  Students first created a warm color collage by painting (with watered-down glue) tissue paper onto a clear transparency.  They then cut their warm-color collage into the shape of feathers and started cutting and creating their construction paper turkey to glue on top.
