Cool and Warm Color Cities

3rd graders learned about cool and warm colors and that they can portray a cool or warm weather environment.  Students chose to have either a winter or summer city by painting concentric circles in either cool (winter) or warm (summer) colors.  Students then drew their city on top of an opposite-colored painting before cutting it out and glueing it down.
